“All-on-4 Is Only for Older People”

I understand why people picture full-arch tooth replacement as something for grandparents. But in my experience, tooth loss doesn't follow a birthday.

Gum disease, decay, injury, genetics, and old dental work that has finally worn out can leave adults of almost any age facing multiple failing teeth. Many of my All-on-4 patients are in their 40s and 50s, and I'll let you in on something: being younger and healthier often makes the healing process even smoother.

The bigger factor isn't your age, it's your jaw. A lot of people worry they've lost too much bone to qualify for implants. This is exactly where I love what All-on-4 can do. By placing two implants straight and two at a strategic angle, I can take advantage of the densest bone you still have. That means many patients who were told they'd need bone grafting for traditional implants can often skip that step entirely and still walk away with a secure, permanent result.

“The Surgery Is Unbearably Painful”

I perform the surgery under sedation, so you won't feel it as it happens.
